1. Cancellations
International orders can be canceled prior to shipment.
To request a cancellation, please email our support team at info@starinternational.net.in
with your order number.
Once the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
2. Refunds
Refunds for international orders will be issued in original payment currency.
Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.
Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected.
3. Return Shipping
International return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please obtain a tracking number for all returns.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued for items not in unused or original condition.
