Cancellation & Refund Policy — International Customers

1. Cancellations

  • International orders can be canceled prior to shipment.

  • To request a cancellation, please email our support team at info@starinternational.net.in

  • with your order number.

  • Once the order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refunds

  • Refunds for international orders will be issued in original payment currency.

  • Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

  • Refunds will be processed after returned items are received and inspected.

3. Return Shipping

  • International return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Please obtain a tracking number for all returns.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund once the issue is verified.

5. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items not in unused or original condition.
